Este monumento fue erigido por el 100 aniversario de la Policía Nacional, pero se inauguró un año después, en 1992.
Lo componen un hombre desnudo con un laurel en su mano representando libertad y pureza y una mujer con el uniforme de la Policía Nacional

This monument was erected by the 100th anniversary of the National Police, but was opened a year later in 1992.

They compose a naked man with a laurel in his hand representing freedom and purity and a woman in the uniform of the National Police
